Those attempting to sign up to this list surreptitiously, for reasons deemed unreasonable, illegal, or by means veiled as stalking, or  who believe that signing up to this mail list using another email other than your own, or using another persons email, email name or otherwise, shall be removed and reported to the authorities under both the: Illinois  CIVIL LIABILITIES  Statue 740 ILCS 21/ Stalking No Contact Order Act and the Federal Stalking law: 18 USCS § 2261A.
